Staying hydrated keeps you moving, safe, and healthy. But with the Mid Atlantic heat & humidity that we face, here are some pointers to know when staying hydrated on your workouts and a guide to the products and brands we stock.

Electrolyte Mix

These low carb tablets and powders add flavor and electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium) to your water. Electrolytes assist in fluid balance and absorption. Bonus: flavoring your water also makes it more appealing to drink.
When: Any ride where you want some flavor and extra electrolytes. If you’re a salty sweater (your face regularly has salt streaks after workouts), add some mix, as directed, to sports drink for longer workouts.
